Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Canceling or changing your appointment is possible up to 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your appointment or do not cancel on time, we are obliged to charge it, since the appointment cannot be presented to any other patient and is therefore lost to everyone.
Is there parking near the center?
There is a public car park just next to the center. From the ring of Leuven, you can follow the instructions "Tweewaters parking".
Where do consultations, interventions and follow-up take place?
Consultations take place in the center. Interventions can take place at the center or beyond. Follow-up is always done from the center.
When can I visit the center?
The center can be reached by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm. Consultations and examinations outside of these hours are customary, but on appointment.
What documents do I need when I visit the center?
Please bring your identity card when you visit the center, as well as stickers from your health insurance fund. If you have a referral from a doctor, please also bring it.
